PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (PT KPP) as a company having a concern on its environment and surrounding community, especially in the field of human resource development, has provided a training for skill development and improvement to the Small-Medium Scale Enterprise which have become the developed partners of the company for the people living in Kota Rantau, Tapin Regency, Kalimantan on April 29^th - May 1^st 2010. The activity was held in cooperation between PT KPP, Yayasan Dharma Bhakti Astra and PT Astra Honda Motor (PT AHM) trough its main dealer PT Trio Motor Banjarmasin, taking place at Gedung Pemuda KONI, Rantau.

      The activity is especially addressed to the workshop activity which is from a part of the Income Generating Activity (IGA) and has been attended by 25 participants having interest, aptitude and business activities in workshop. The participants who come from operational areas of PT KPP Rantau have got 30% theory and 70% practice in the training on matic motorcycle.  

      This training was opened by the Project Manager of KPP Rantau Mining, Mr. Syafrudin and attended by some parties, consisting of the Head of Supervision Division of Mining and Energy of Tapin Regency, Mr. H. Muchlis, General Manager of PT Trio Motor Mr. Antonius, and Mr. Andi from PT AHM. In his welcome speech, Mr. Syafrudin hope this activity could help the people living at the operational area of KPP prepare themselves after the closing of mining site in the future.

       The GM of PT Trio Motor Banjarmasin also stated that this activity could be a joint development program for the workshop who had become partners of PT KPP, so it can promote and improve customer satisfaction in the motorcycle maintenance.

       In addition during the activity, "shop sign" were also given to the small-medium scale enterprise partners which have actively improve their services significantly. The aprreciation is awarded to 4 workshops, one of whom is BINA MOTOR. "This activity is very beneficial for me and friends, KPP greatly cares for our business development for which we can't reply. Hopefully God will give multiple rewards for the assitance of all officers," Sarbina, the owner of BINA MOTOR workshop.
